Chino: Vays Dzhanayez Wrongful Death when truck load collapses

A 34-year-old truck driver from North Carolina, Vays Dzhanayez, was killed by a negligent fork lift operator as they attempted to unload cargo last Thursday.
Mr. Dzhanayezin the process of delivering a loads of fiberglass beams to "Harrington Plastic" in Chino, close to Chino Hills, when the incident occurred.
Dzhanayez was releasing straps from the fiberglass cargo when a forklift picked up the load and caused it to shift over and fall. The beams hit Dzhanayez on the head, knocked him down and landed on his chest.
